DrinkingWhat is important for us?We did not know that we should drink 2-3 litres of liquid per day and even more when doing physical exercise. Drinking is more important for our body than eating. It is possible to survive a couple of weeks without eating, but only a few days without drinking. What should you drink? The best liquids for quenching your thirst are: Water (mineral and tap water) Herbal teas, fruit juices ATTENTION: 1 can of cola (0.3 l) contains 12 lumps of sugar! Recommended Drinking Amounts for Children and Teenagers:Attention: When you play sports, you will need much more liquid! Sometimes even twice the amount of the normal quantities!
Attention: Milk contains many nutrients. Therefore, it should not be considered as a drink, but as a snack! |
