Example 6: Finding The Midpoint Of A Line Segement
Find the midpoint of the line segment AB where A = (1, 4, -6), B = (2, 6, 0). The midpoint C has position vector C = ½[(i + 4j - 6k) + (2i + 6j)] = (3/2)i + 5j - 3k. Thus C = (3/2, 5, -3).
