Find a vector equation for the line L with the parametric equations x = 3t + 2. y = 0t - 4. z = t + 0. Let P = 2i - 4j, D = 3i + k, then L has the vector equation X = P + fD, or X = (2i - 4j) + t(3i + k). L is shown in Figure 10.3.6. Figure 10.3.6
