Alimentation for Kids

The basis of a suitable alimentation for kids is an 'optimised' mixture of foods. The foundation is a healthy, varying diet. The food mostly consists of wholemeal products, potatoes, fresh fruits and vegetables, milk and milk products, fish, meat and vegetable oils. From time to time sweets are allowed, too! If you eat healthy, you don’t have to take in additional vitamins or minerals as tablets.
