Suppressor-Grid ModulationAuthor: J.B. Hoag The audio-frequency voltages can also be introduced into the amplifier tube by applying them in series with the suppressor grid of a pentode, as in Fig. 16 L.
The principle of operation is the same as for grid-bias modulation, but the circuit is easier to adjust in practice.
